Mikael Jansson Photography

Love the photography work of Mikael Jansson. I came across his work in an Interview magazine and later did some research to see what he was all about. His images have a pattern of being dark and foggy and I love it. Check out his site to see more of his work.

Nike Gladiator Sandal

I Like These! Totally Unexpected. I Would have never seen Nike Taking This Route with a women's Shoe. They Still have that signature nike sneaker feel but in a sandal. I could totally see Rihanna or My Best Friend in these.

Sliced Bread Notebook Concept

Designers: Burak Kaynak and Cem Has (collab).

The pack includes 12 notebooks resembling a pack of sliced bread. Each slice/pad have numbers on them. 1 to 12. You can use each notebook for the related month. this theme of monthly note pads seems to be gaining, as I have seen several versions on different blogs. I think the notebooks are simple yet amazing. Two designers meet, share one vision, create some unique products and become successful. The story about LA-based luxury footwear label Omelle is not at all exceptional. But one view on the shoes of Cherise Angelle and Nicole LaFave is enough to see, that the design-team knows best about remixing Zeitgeist-designs with the likeability factor “innocence” while managing to add the extra portion sex appeal. This are tools for grown up Woman!
